Terms of Service — UAT
Version 2026-11-03 · 3 November 2026
These terms describe access to the CyberScan365 user acceptance testing (UAT) service operated by Zentage Labs Pty Ltd, Australia. Contact: cs@zentagelabs.com. UAT is an evaluation environment, not a production service.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate registration details and keep your email and profile current. Verify an email address you control, keep your password and verification codes private, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to use the service on its behalf. Your account does not give you permission to test someone else's systems.
Authorised security testing only
Submit only targets, credentials and information you own or are expressly authorised to assess. Confirm the permitted targets, test methods and testing window with the system owner. Scanning sends requests and can affect performance or change data. Use approved test systems and avoid production, shared infrastructure and third-party services without explicit permission.
Do not use the service for unlawful access, disruption, credential theft, malware distribution, evading access controls or testing beyond your permission. Do not attack this service or other users, interfere with its protections, or share access with unauthorised people.
Your data and results
You retain your rights in the information you submit. You permit us to process it as needed to operate the requested testing, store results, secure and support the service, and comply with applicable law. Do not upload unnecessary personal, confidential or regulated information. Use disposable test data and credentials wherever possible. See our Privacy Notice for personal information handling.
Findings require review in context. A completed scan, a missing finding or a low finding count does not prove that a system is secure. Some checks and coverage are limited. You remain responsible for decisions, remediation and independent validation.
UAT availability and changes
Features may change or be unavailable. UAT does not include a promised service level, production availability, backup restoration guarantee or paid service commitment. Keep your own copies of information you need. We may pause access or testing where reasonably necessary to protect systems, investigate misuse, perform maintenance or comply with law. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Ending use and questions
You may stop using UAT and request account closure by emailing us. We handle deletion requests as explained in the Privacy Notice. We will identify updated terms by version and date and seek fresh acknowledgement where material changes require it.
Applicable rights
These terms are intended for an Australian-operated evaluation service. Nothing in them excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. They do not authorise conduct prohibited by law. Contact us about concerns or disputes so we can seek a resolution.
